Charmian Winser is an international teacher and practitioner, and the author of Reiki: Healing energy for mind, body and spirit.

Originally trained as a singer and singing teacher, Charmian has been developing her spiritual awareness for over 35 years, meditating throughout, and has been teaching transformational techniques for 20 years.

She has trained in one-to-one and group counselling, and as a facilitator of the Avatar course.

She became a Reiki Master in 1987 and an Avatar Master in 1992. She co-founded The Reiki Association in 1991, and was a Board Member for 5 years.

Charmian has been attuned to many high energies, and has had the privilege of working with many enlightened living and Ascended Masters.
